COLBY MCCLOUD - UTLITIES SUPERVISIOR
Colby was hired June 2014 as a Water Treatment Plant Operator Trainee. Since then he has received his Class IIIA Water Treatment and Class III Distribution. He has passed all natural gas certifications. Colby is also an active member of the Flemingsburg Volunteer Fire Department and serves as Assistant Chief. In March of 2023 Colby was promoted to Supervisor. |

JUSTIN CARRINGTON- CHIEF WATER PLANT & GAS OPERATOR Justin was hired full-time August 5, 2019 as a water treatment plant operator trainee. He has passed all natural gas certifications. In April 2023 Justin received his Class IIA water treatment distribution. |

Brandon English- WATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATOR TRAINEE Brandon was hired in January 2021 as a sanitation worker. March 22, 2021 Brandon was moved to Utilities as a Water Treatment Plant Operator Trainee. He has passed all natural gas certifications. |
