DALE CLARY – WASTEWATER SUPERINTENDENT
Dale was hired in 1979 as an employee of the Flemingsburg Utility System. He received his Water Distribution System Operator Class II certification and Water Treatment Plant Operator Class IIIA in December of 1981. In June of 1990 he received a certificate of registration for Class I Wastewater Laboratory Analyst. In September 1991 he was certified a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator III.
