Welcome to our Alcoholic Beverage Control website. One Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator’s Office has been established for both Fleming County and the City of Flemingsburg. Below you will find two Alcoholic Beverage Control ordinances, one for the City of Flemingsburg and a second that applies to businesses located within Fleming County but outside of city limits. You will also find two Alcoholic Beverage Control Basic Application Forms.
